About Elle B

Lauran Beluzo, known professionally by her stage name, “ELLE B”, grew up in Western Massachusetts, and moved to pursue her dreams in “The Big Apple”, New York City. Her emotional “timeless” tone, and modern songwriting style blends an eclectic mix of musical genres across generations incorporating pop, soul, R&B, and jazz. Accomplished in both piano and guitar, she currently is pursuing a Bachelors’ Degree at Berklee College of Music online. Elle grew up idolizing the big voices like Whitney Houston, Cher, Celine Dion, and Dusty Springfield. In the local singing group, Elle performed songs beyond her years performing all around Western Massachusetts since she was 6 years old. While living in New York, she was exposed to more gospel, and RnB when signed to a publishing and production company at 19. Jazmine Sullivan is one her favorite vocalists. A few other current inspirations of Elle’s include Adele, Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, and Olivia Rodrigo. She was humbled to sing on the same stage at the iconic Apollo Theater where her musical inspirations Ella Fitzgerald, and Etta James once graced. Her greatest musical influence of all time however is Donny Hathaway. From her gritty growls, to her heart breaking ballads, Elle B delivers an undeniable performance every time she takes the stage. Elle is a voice to be reckon with, and is currently working on original music. She writes about her past traumas and talks about the hardships of her past through melancholy melodies and tears of new possibilities. Elle touches upon what it’s like to be a young woman in this day and age, and how important it is to know yourself, and you're worth.
